Which printers can I use for which products?
All labels and tags provided on sheets are designed for laser printers, such as the OKI C650.
All labels and tags provided on rolls are suitable for thermal transfer printers.
Which labels can I write on?
All of our labels can be written on, and if you choose to do so, we recommend using a permanent marker pen.
How do I identify / measure the label size I need?
We use a consistent format when outlining label sizes. The initial measurement provided will always indicate the leading edge of the label that goes through the printer first, or the leading edge of a roll of labels. The second measurement is then for the sides of the label.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is a single pack or roll of labels as listed. Please note, we do offer free postage on orders over £75.00 in value (ex VAT).
What is the definition of durable?
We manufacture durable tags and labs for industrial applications, made from a range of synthetic materials. These materials are generally always waterproof and hard wearing, but can also be resistant to weathering, UV exposure, ripping and tearing, temperature extremes, chemical exposure. Our self-adhesive range is designed to adhere to a range of surfaces, including those that are wet, rough and dirty.
Are your labels tear resistant?
All of our labels are designed to be tear-resistant, and our synthetic materials offer the ultimate strength for a range of industrial applications.
Will labels adhere to all surfaces and last outside?
For our self-adhesive range, we use a strong adhesive glue that is designed for outside use over long periods of time. This gives very good adhesion properties on a range of surface types and in different environments.
What colours do your labels come in?
All of our labels are available in white, and some of our best-sellers are also available in a range of pre-coloured options including; pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
Can I print my own design on your labels?
All of the labels available to purchase are designed for in-house, on-demand printing, and we supply labels that are suitable for both laser printing and thermal transfer printing. However, we can also offer a fully bespoke printing service.
Is it possible to get labels custom printed or in custom shapes?
In addition to the core label range available on our E-commerce store, we also offer a fully bespoke printing service. And if you need a custom sized or shaped label, we can probably make it for you!
Do you provide design services?
The labels and tags available to purchase on our E-commerce store are supplied plain for in-house, on demand printing. However, we do offer a bespoke printing service and can work with your existing brand assets (logos, font, etc.) to create the layout for your printed label.
What is the difference between laser printing and thermal transfer printing?
Laser printers offer great versatility and a high quality, highly durable, full-colour finish. Labels are provided on sheets, and the ‘industry go-to’ printer – the OKI C650 – works just like a standard desktop printer. The advantages of laser printing include the ability for full colour printing and ease of use, but toners can be more expensive than thermal transfer equivalents, and whilst laser printed labels are highly UV resistant, they may still fade after prolonged sun exposure.
Thermal Transfer Printers provide a wonderfully efficient and cost-effective way to print labels. They use labels on rolls, with the ink applied via a print ribbon. The advantages include a quick printing speed, low running costs and great UV resistance of the print. You are however, limited to single colour printing, and the size of label or roll is limited by the size of your printer and print head.
How quickly can I get my order?

For our express delivery, all orders that are placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery (up to 2 days for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK).
