In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, any item must be returned to us as received, in its original packaging with unopened shrink-wrap, with any identification labels still attached, unless the item is faulty. Any faults will need to be identified by yourself and confirmed by us on return of the item.
Returns
If you no longer require your item, we are happy for you to send your item back to us, and we will issue a full refund for the item cost – please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded, only the cost of the item purchased.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account from the receipt of return.
Should we receive your return after the 28 day returns period you will only be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges
Our standard returns policy for UK customers allows exchange of items within 28 days of receiving their order.
If you wish to do this, please send an email with your product exchange information and contact details and include your order number to hello@bluepointlabels.co.uk or phone us on 01392 927030. We will contact you to arrange a refund if the new item is at a lower price, or for further payment should the new item be more expensive.
Once your exchange has been approved, please organise the return postage of your item to us. You are responsible for, and will bear the cost, responsibility and risk of the return postage to us. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
We aim to send out all exchanges within 14 days of receipt. We will also cover the cost of the postage for the exchange item.
Incorrectly Supplied or Faulty Items
If the item received was supplied incorrectly (not the item that was ordered) or was faulty, please get in touch with us and we will organise both the collection of the incorrectly supplied or faulty item and the postage of the correct item to you. In this instance, please contact us as soon as possible within the standard 28 returns period as outlined below.
